How do refunds work?

Due to the instant activation of our digital services, refunds are not accepted. However, in the following cases, we may offer an extension of your service period:

Service Outage or Downtime: If technical issues or downtime occur in our URL shortening, Bio creation, or QR Code generation services, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the downtime exceeds 24 hours, we will extend your service period by twice the length of the downtime. For example, if there is a 28-hour outage, 2 days will be added to your service period.

Dissatisfaction: To allow you to experience our services, you can create a free trial account. If you are satisfied, you can choose to subscribe to our paid services. If no payment is made, your account will be deactivated. Refund requests for paid services made after using a free trial account will not be accepted.

Domain Issues: When purchasing our services, you also gain the right to use your own domain(s). Refund requests will not be accepted for issues related to domain redirection times or any problems with domain redirection. Once domains are redirected to our systems and activated, your service will continue unless you cancel the service or change the domain settings.

Free Domain Issues: The paid services you purchase do not include the right to use domains provided by us for free. You are required to use your own domains. Refunds will not be granted for any issues arising from free domains provided by our service.
